S&T Janitorial Service is a commercial cleaning service that serves primarily Odessa and Midland businesses.  Our company is based on Stability and Trust.  Our staff is trained to provide professional cleaning services for commercial, industrial and medical facilities.

S&T Janitorial Services also provides clean-up services for move-in and move-out of residential properties.  Additionally, we also assist local contractors by providing new construction cleanups for commercial facilities and residential properties.

Our company was established in May 1, 2008 and is owned and operated as a women-owned business by Rosie V. Lopez.  Rosie has been a resident of the Permian Basin for over nineteen years and is well known in this community.  Rosie has actively been involved through various volunteer organizations and groups.
