Beyond this group, our crew of trained, bonded, and insured cleaning specialists rotates consistently through your facility — same people, every visit.
Leadership
Rosie Lopez — Owner / Founder · 20 years
Founded S&T Janitorial in 2006 as a back-up plan after an unexpected job loss. Previously ran a City of Odessa non-profit for 13 years and held marketing roles in the medical field — including with psychiatric hospitals — which is why our medical-grade cleaning is core to the practice. Rosie personally reviews every new commercial-cleaning proposal.
Devon Vasquez — Customer Service Executive · 5 years
Joined in summer 2021 while on summer break as a teacher and stayed full-time. Leads cleaning-supply inventory, oversees large cleaning projects, and runs new-employee training. OSHA 30-Hour certified. Certified by the International Janitorial Cleaning Service Association.
Senjun McGarity — Administrative Assistant / Floor Maintenance Specialist · 1 year
Leads floor maintenance — strip and wax, auto scrubbing, and routine floor maintenance — across our commercial floor care line. Supports payroll and admin. Joined in 2025 as part of our succession planning.
Stormy Salcido — Sales & Marketing · 8 years
Onboards new commercial accounts. First point of contact for prospective clients pursuing recurring janitorial programs, one-time cleans, or RFP responses.
Field Crew
Our 50-person field crew includes long-tenured supervisors who run consistent crews on each account. Pilar (lead) drives our review-velocity program by building strong relationships with our customers. Maria, Emilio, Lars, and a roster of bonded and insured cleaning specialists rotate through your facility on a planned schedule — color-coded microfiber system in hand to prevent cross-contamination between restroom, food-prep, and office surfaces.
