• Payment method information (handled by our processor — we do not store full card numbers)

When you visit the website we automatically collect standard server log data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, referrer URL, and timestamps. We use industry-standard security measures (SSL/TLS encryption in transit, restricted access to office systems, written confidentiality agreements with our crew) to protect your information. Access to client building credentials (keys, alarm codes) is restricted to authorized crew and tracked in our internal system. No internet transmission is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
