After-hours and nightly cleaning is the standard scheduling model for most of our active accounts. We run crews 6 nights a week between 6 PM and 6 AM, handling multi-tenant Class-A access protocols, alarm codes, key fobs, and security escorts as required.

What is after-hours cleaning
Recurring janitorial scheduled outside business hours — usually between 6 PM and 6 AM, six nights per week. Crews handle full janitorial scope (trash, dust, vacuum, mop, restroom, kitchen, glass) without disrupting tenant operations.
Why you need it
Commercial tenants don't want cleaning crews moving through their workspace during business hours. Nightly cleaning resets the facility every 24 hours and keeps tenant disruption to zero.
How we deliver it
Pre-onboarding: crew name list submitted to building management for badge/access setup, alarm-code sequences documented, escort requirements (if any) confirmed. During service: crews enter via assigned access, follow the documented zone sequence, leave a quality log for the morning facility manager, and re-arm alarms/secure doors on exit.
How much it costs
After-hours pricing matches our standard recurring janitorial rates ($0.10–$0.22/sq ft for offices, $0.18–$0.30 for medical). No after-hours premium for accounts in our standard 6 PM–6 AM window. Late-night-only (after midnight) starts may carry a small premium for crew scheduling.
