Before founding S&T, Rosie spent 13 years as Executive Director of a nonprofit. In that role, she learned how to run a business from the ground up — managing payroll, federal and state reporting, fundraising, and building lasting relationships with city governments and the private sector. Those 13 years gave her something most business owners spend decades trying to acquire: operational credibility and a network built entirely on trust.

After leaving the nonprofit world, Rosie moved into healthcare marketing across the Permian Basin. She was building business, cultivating relationships, and delivering results — until the day she decided to start her own venture in cleaning offices.

That decision — made out of necessity in Odessa, Texas — became S&T Janitorial Service LLC. What started with a handful of clients and one employee, hired on the spot at a Whataburger parking lot, has grown into a family-owned and operated company of 50-plus employees. Serving medical facilities, oil and gas offices, construction sites, and commercial properties across Odessa, Midland, and throughout the Permian Basin.

All operations comply with OSHA workplace safety standards, and our team is actively completing OSHA 30-hour safety training alongside certifications through the International Janitorial Cleaning Services Association — covering medical facility cleaning, chemical hazard handling, green cleaning, and floor care specialization.
