General cleaning and disinfection products are commercial-grade and sourced from established suppliers. Yes — every employee undergoes a national background check through a third-party screening service before they begin work, as well as drug testing at hire. Background checks are conducted on an annual basis as an ongoing standard, not just at onboarding. This is non-negotiable at S&T regardless of how long someone has been with the company.
